Elderberry Elixir Mix

Elderberry Elixir Mix is a health giving blend of gentle, soothing berries and spices to help support your immune system through those colder months of the year.

Directions – Place 1 part mix to 4 parts water into a saucepan, bring to the boil, cover and leave on a gentle rolling heat for 30 minutes.  Your home will fill with the wonderful aroma of cloves, cardamon and cinnamon, an uplifting experience.  Take the pan off the heat and let it steep for 40 minutes or longer if you want it stronger.  Pour carefully through a fine sieve or muslin cloth being sure to squeeze out every precious drop, then add 1 part good honey and stir in well.  Decant into a bottle and store in the fridge.

Dose – Take a tablespoon every morning to fend off colds and bugs throughout the winter months.

If suffering already, take one small shot every 3-4 hours throughout the day.

We recommend also taking a lovely warm salt bath using  ANI Bath Salts to soothe aches and pains.
