How to use Pillow Mist:
Give the bottle a gentle shake, spray into the air and onto pillows and bedlinen, from 40cm away to allow for best dispersal, let the mist settle before climbing into bed, take a few slow deep breaths, with each outward breath let your mind give way to the tranquil, calming aroma, let your mind and body be quiet and peaceful as drift off to sleep.
