Application:
Stand in the shower and briefly dampen your skin. Massage the body polish all over (avoid the eyes, although you should concentrate on the neck down here). Rinse off. Do not use soap or shower gel but simply towel dry. This is an exfoliator, cleanser, and moisturiser in one, all ready to go!
**Take care! Oils can make the shower surface slippery. You want to be buffed, not bruised.
