Application:

Stand in the shower and briefly dampen your skin. Massage the body polish all over (avoid the eyes, although you should concentrate on the neck down). Rinse off. No need for soap or shower gel just simply pat your skin dry. This is an exfoliator, cleanser, and moisturiser in one, all ready to go!

**Take care! Oils can make the shower surface slippery. You want to be buffed, not bruised.
