Ylang Ylang supports hormonal balance, while Juniper and Ginger may help reduce weight gain associated with menopause. Jasmine is known for easing anxiety and both Rosemary and Geranium promote mental clarity.

How to use: Gently massage morning and evening focusing on the lymphatic area under your arms, your tummy area around the belly button and the base of your feet. Allow yourself two minutes to breathe in the aroma and centre your mind.
