This fast-absorbing oil comes to the rescue with antioxidants and vitamins to heal and restore troubled or irritated complexions. Sandalwood is known for it’s antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that work to leave your skin (and you) feeling rejuvenated.

Application:

Press a few drops of Frankincense and Sandalwood Face Oil onto clean skin, relax and breathe deeply enjoying the warm, woody notes of frankincense and sandalwood. Use morning and night.

Frankincense is made from the resin of the boswellia tree. The word frankincense originates from the Old French expression franc encens, meaning “high-quality incense”. Franc, in Old French, meant “noble” or “pure”.

Frankincense has been traded on the Arabian Peninsula for over 6,000 years and in traditional Chinese medicine research Frankincense was shown to exert significant anti‐inflammatory properties. I have found this to be a brilliant product. I have been using it since August along with the ANI facial cleanser. I have noticed a big difference in my skin. It is less blotchy and I have a lot less break outs. I think it is a very good product.

I use this oil twice a day as part of my routine and am now buying my second bottle. Firstly it lasts forever! I use two drops per use, occasionally three if my skin’s drier or after a shower. Secondly, I changed my entire skincare routine about a year ago and this was part of the new one. Before this change I had severe acne (aged 22/23) and some scarring. It was a mix of blackheads, whiteheads, papules and pustules, but not cystic. My new routine also used no7 cleansers and moisturisers. Combined with the oil, my skin has cleared up no end. My skin hasn’t been this clear since I was pre-puberty. I still get blackheads and the occasional whitehead, particularly if I fall out of my twice a day skin routine but my skin is so clear now, a lot of the scarring has reduced to tiny pin pricks and all of my hyperpigmentation (which was chronic and I had tried lasering to help it and it didn’t work) has gone. I full heartedly believe this oil has helped. But I do find if I take it down my neck I get some spots under my chin so I only use it on my face. Definitely recommend to anyone with acne or just looking for something to improve the texture or discoloration of their skin!

I absolutely love this face oil. I have rosacea and the wind and cold irritates it and makes it feel sore and dry, but this oil calms it down and makes it feel nourished. Now an absolutely staple in my skincare routine.
